REZL: Apt Tours 1.5

REZL facilitates a unique approach to apartment tours by connecting existing residents with prospective tenants for Resident-Powered Apartment Tours.

Rather than providing a traditional tour with a leasing agent, prospects can engage with a current resident, offering them the chance to gain authentic insights into community living. This peer-to-peer interaction supplants a standard sales pitch with genuine perspectives and experiences.

Additionally, once a lease is finalized, resident ambassadors have the opportunity to earn rewards as recognition for their contribution.

Participating in REZL allows residents to actively contribute to strengthening their community, one tour at a time.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

• APPLY: Interested residents should sign up using the PROPERTY CODE provided by their community. Note that there are limited spots available for each property, and not all applications may be accepted.
• ACCEPT: As prospects schedule tours, they will appear in your AVAILABLE TOURS section. Accept the tour to have it moved to your SCHEDULED TOURS section. Tours are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• TOUR: On the designated day and time, meet your prospect at the leasing office or its vicinity. Click BEGIN TOUR to start, and use your checklist to guide the experience while tracking key features and instructions. Complete all planned locations before concluding the tour.
• MEET: REZL offers a meaningful opportunity to foster new relationships. Residents are encouraged to be warm ambassadors for their community, resulting in an inviting touring experience that could lead to lasting friendships.
• EARN: Residents may receive rewards upon a prospect signing a lease. Each property determines its own reward structure, with details provided before confirming tours.
• REPEAT: Continue enriching your community while building new connections.
